What does Meeton Chat answer from?
Meeton Chat answers from your crawled website, Q&As you write, files you upload (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and more) and your Library documents. Put exact facts such as prices or dates in a Q&A and it quotes them word for word. Topics to avoid are set with your own instructions.
Can Meeton Chat get an answer wrong?
It is generative AI, so it can. That is why Meeton Chat answers from the material you give it and quotes your Q&As exactly as written. Questions it could not answer are listed in the analytics, so you know what to add next.
Can a person take over a Meeton Chat conversation?
Yes. When a visitor asks for a person, or the AI cannot help, your team gets a Slack, email or Google Chat alert. A teammate replies from the dashboard and the conversation carries on inside Meeton Chat.
Which languages does Meeton Chat speak?
With auto-translate on, Meeton Chat replies in the visitor's browser language and translates its name and greeting too. Your settings stay in the language you wrote them in.
