Meeton Email FAQ
How is Meeton Email different from a bulk email tool?
Meeton Email doesn't fill names into a template. The AI writes each email for one person. A return visit, a document read or an email open triggers it, and it stops once the person replies or books a meeting.
Can I use Meeton Email without a CRM?
Yes. Meeton Email can follow up contacts captured by chat and forms, or imported by CSV. Replies are detected through your CRM's email import, though, so we recommend connecting HubSpot or Salesforce. Connected, it can also follow up the leads already in your CRM.
Can I review Meeton Email messages before they go out?
Yes. Set how many hours before sending a draft is written for your approval, or use manual mode, where you receive the drafts and send them from your own mailbox.
Will Meeton Email send too much?
By default Meeton Email sends at most three emails per person: the first 24 hours after they become a lead, then at least 72 hours apart, never on weekends or Japanese public holidays. People who booked, unsubscribed or were disqualified in your CRM get nothing more.
Who does Meeton Email send from?
Your own SMTP account, with the From name and reply-to address you set, so replies come to you. Every email carries an unsubscribe link and your company details in the footer.
How much can I control what Meeton Email writes?
You set the goal (a reply or a booking), the tone, and what it may or may not mention, such as pricing or discounts. Meeton Email writes from the person's browsing and chat history, your CRM data and the same knowledge Meeton Chat uses.
