What files can I upload to Meeton Library?
PDF. Export decks and documents to PDF first. Meeton Library reads the text page by page for the AI's answers and the suggested questions on each page.
What does Meeton Library tell me about who read what?
Opens, how far each person read page by page, downloads and chat mentions all land on the visitor's timeline. A view or download can alert your team or trigger a Meeton Email follow-up, and with CRM sync on, a known contact's reads are logged in your CRM too.
Can Meeton Library ask for contact details partway through a document?
Yes. For each document you choose the page from which Meeton Library asks for contact details, so the first pages read free and only people who want the rest fill in the form.
Does the reader need an app to open a Meeton Library document?
No. The share URL opens in the browser, with the AI chat included. Links sent from Meeton Email carry who the reader is, so the read is credited to them even on another device.
Can I use Meeton Library without a CRM?
Yes. Reads are recorded inside Meeton, so you can see who is interested without a CRM.
