About this integration

Every lead captured by Meeton ai is synced to HubSpot as a contact, matched by email so nobody is duplicated, with a note of what they submitted. Meetings booked through Meeton Calendar are logged as meeting engagements and Meeton Email activity can be logged too. Lifecycle stage and deal amounts are read back into Meeton. Sync runs every five minutes. Meeton never creates deals.

How to install

   Log into your Meeton ai account at app.dynameet.ai.

   Navigate to Settings → Integrations.

   Click Connect next to the HubSpot logo and sign in with your HubSpot account.

   Open CRM Sync, set up the Meeton ID property in one click, then switch on contact and activity sync.

Removing the App

   Log into your Meeton ai account at app.dynameet.ai.

   Navigate to Settings → Integrations.

   Click Disconnect next to the HubSpot logo.

   Confirm the disconnection. Contact and activity syncing will stop immediately.
