About this integration

Meeton ai creates a Salesforce lead for every visitor who gives their email, matched by email so nobody is duplicated (an existing contact is updated instead). Meetings booked through Meeton Calendar are logged as events and tasks, and lead status and opportunity amounts are read back into Meeton. Sync runs every five minutes. Meeton never creates opportunities.

How to install

   Log into your Meeton ai account at app.dynameet.ai.

   Navigate to Settings → Integrations.

   Click Connect next to the Salesforce logo and authorize with your Salesforce credentials.

   Open CRM Sync, set up the Meeton ID field in one click, then switch on lead and activity sync.

Removing the App

   Log into your Meeton ai account at app.dynameet.ai.

   Navigate to Settings → Integrations.

   Click Disconnect next to the Salesforce logo.

   Confirm the disconnection. Lead and contact syncing will stop immediately.
